1. Acceptance

By registering or using ProjectHub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse ProjectHub (for example: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, uploading malware, or using the service to violate others' rights). Workspace owners and admins are responsible for how their members use the workspace.

4. Plans, billing & payments

Features and limits depend on your plan. Paid subscriptions and trials are described at checkout and on the pricing page. Payments in India may be processed via PayU; card and bank handling are subject to PayU and your financial institution. Listed prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at PayU checkout on the amount shown before you pay.

5. Data & availability

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (host, process, and display your data as you instruct). Back up critical data where appropriate.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ProjectHub. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
